歷史長達約20年的池月橋，因為橋面面板經長年使用又年久失修，所以從2015年10月開始做更換橋面面板的工作，
終於在2016年4月2日重新啟動，並且舉辦開幕儀式，使得附近的居民大家都很開心，可以安心的使用這座美麗的橋。
